I am only giving 5 stars because I don’t have the option to give more. I was in the need to refurnish my apartment after a nasty breakup. I saved big money shopping here, and for the low prices I got furniture of a quality higher than I’ve known before. Beautiful solid wood furniture and that hometown quality small business rapport that quite literally built this country and can’t be faked. They literally called me to ask for my feedback about the service after their delivery drivers exceeded all expectations. I’m glad they called, because it was right after a second delivery service botched a delivery of furniture that I had ordered from a store across the street before I found out about Prime Furniture. Where Britt’s Express couldn’t manage a delivery today, Prime Furniture with 1.5 hours before close, Sold me better replacements for the stuff I lost from Big Lots (I’m having it returned to Big Lots) they then delivered all of the furniture; and stayed after their quitting time to put the furniture together. Also, I was even able to stay in budget and get a Christmas present for a special person in my life with chronic pain. A zero gravity massaging chair with heat and hand massagers.
